    My experience with hostgator technical support was fabulous! The problem was resolved within half an hour after my ticket. The helpful guy I contacted with at tech support knew what he was doing and I could understand every word he wrote! I'm not experienced with web hosting and technology. But with such quality of support, I don't need to know much about that. Thumb HostGator UP!

    Hostgator shall be the best ecommerce web host in my experience. It's easy to build up the shopping cart websites and integrated with the credit card or paypal using their site building application. I'm not a technical people but I complete the whole site in only a week by myself. I see hostgator thinking more on helping their customers to build business but not simply ...     My site has been run on HostGator for four years. I never met any issue, site is stable, and accessing speed is very fast. Especially the backup service, I don't need to worry about the content of my website, the service handle every situation. By the way, my site is developed on Ruby on Rail, runs very well on HostGator.
