    I have been using InMotion hosting for 2 hand half years. It does a superb job on WordPress hosting. I don’t meet any downtimes, and my site is never hacked. I cannot say how good it is, but nothing bad, I think this is the best. For my site is fast and up all the time, I think InMotion is a great hosting provider, works for me much.

    In my experience, InMotion provides great hosting service. Its support staff is knowledgeable, polite, and patient. The only downside was that it took so long to get through. A night in two weeks ago, I called for support. I never imaged that I could get a response within 30 seconds, but InMotion did. With his answer, my problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Great appreciate.

    I have been on InMotion hosting for 1 year. Three days ago, I got an email notice that my bill was overdue. I called back when I received the second notice. My call was responded fast, within 15 seconds, and it was professionally handled, with native English, clear and effective.     InMotion support representative is really helpful. I asked a couple questions about other package choices and she talked to me in detailed, more than telling me to look online. Under her help, I knew the differences for different plans, and I could make a right choice in half hour. Maybe this was not stellar customer service, but I must give 5 stars to her for she sent the survey to me.

    InMotion E-mailed support about transferring domain is really great. Support provided detailed answers to all my questions & links to relevant tutorials to help me complete the task. The response time is also great, always within half hour, for something that is quite low priority to me. Besides, the support comes with native English that I could understand easily.
