Lunarpages Windows web hosting plan is based on Windows Web Server 2008 and IIS7.0. This plan supports .NET Framework 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0. By default, it supports MSSQL 2008 Express Edition and the databases are limited to 5. Alternatively you can upgrade to MS SQL Server standard edition by charging more $10 per month. The free domain is not given for the life but the only first year. Frankly, the reliability of Lunarpages Windows plan is better than their Linux plans - at least there are not so much complaints.

Lunarpages doesn't provide live chat and toll-free phone call. At most time, you can only wait for the response of their ticket support system as their phone call is quite busy in business hours. And also their phone call support is not 24/7, only working for Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 7:00pm and Saturday - Sunday, 7:00am - 3:30pm pacific timezone. As a customer, we surely hope the hosting vendor can full time serve us in the best and direct way - phone call or live chat. So their customer support is rated a bit below than the average.

    I hosted my websites on Lunarpages since 2008, works well in the past, but with my business increase rapidly, the SQL express cannot support site's content, and I have to upgraded it to standard version of MSSQL, the support team help me do that, and only took three hours to finish, it didn't affect my business, and now it can support more large-size data. Of course, when you upgrade to standard version of MSSQL, you also need to pay extra $10 per month.

    For anyone who want to find good support Blog system in Dot Net World, I recommend Lunarpages, it can support Blog.NET the famous blog system in DotNet world, of course it also support WordPress, but need to setup PHP library.

    The support team doesn't provide live chat and toll-free phone call. I have to write the request by using the ticket system, and then wait ,wait ,and wait. If you are experienced, not need any support, you can use it, if not, please leave far far away

    This service offers tons of help information, any questions you can find answers. There are forum to discuss, video tutorial , wiki and blog to share experience, really cool, I learn so much here.

    Too expensive, have to pay $9.95 per month. And the service is bad, totally unworthy. No effective support, No 99.9% uptime guarantee.

    I have hosted my website on Lunarpages for one year. During this period, I think the service is ok, not very bad. And the most praised thing is the control panel, I can use it manage the sites easily, manage the content, create virtual directories, and statistic the usage of diskspace, bandwidth, etc.
