    It is wise decision to stay far away Midphase, my bad experience confirmed that. My site always down, and there are no any comments or fixing after I submit ticket. I use a tool to search my neighbour who hosted with me, and get their feedback. Most of them want to leave this service provider as well

    Midphase was good for a while. But they just upgraded servers and now my site runs slower than ever. How many people did they put on this server? Horrible experience the last week with no end in sight. My website is sluggish and I don't have this problem with any other company. They email and say it will be fixed. Not true.     Not unlimited here, my account encountered disable because they said the disk space quota is full, I cannot believe that, I just upload several movies which my favorite. So I am still in the process of arguing with the support team.

    I regret I choose this plan, the only thing I want to do is leave. I am familiar with windows system. But I have to take three days to configure my database, and have to ask the tech support's help. No way.

    Don't use it, you'd better stay far away of MidPhase, I read tons of feedbacks of Midphase, especially the uptime report, the report says the MidPhase offical site has 99.9% uptime, then I buy it. Big cheater, my site down more than 5 times in one day, I have complain to their customer services, they said restore already, but the result is the same, down down down ... Conclusion:
MidPhase is Recommended by the editorial reviews but it sounds Not Good enough by the customer reviews!
